SecureCare Client Portal Development Case Study

This case study outlines the development of a client portal by SecureCare, a network management company in the healthcare sector. SecureCare faced challenges with its previous SaaS platform, which limited immediate access to client data and hindered report generation for insurance and medical care providers. To address these issues, SecureCare sought external resources and partnered with Opti9, leveraging their expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS). The new client portal was developed using AWS architecture, allowing SecureCare to manage its data more efficiently and reduce operational costs. The implementation included storing data in an S3 bucket, utilizing AWS Cloudfront for a static website, and employing AWS Lambda for user access management. As a result, SecureCare gained full access to client information, enabling the generation of reports without third-party permission. The modular architecture also allows for future enhancements, contributing to improved functionality and significant time and cost savings.
