University of Southern California Risk Management Case Study

This case study details the implementation of Origami Risk at the University of Southern California (USC) to enhance risk management and compliance reporting across its clinical programs. The University Clinical Services (UCS) team, responsible for various healthcare services, identified the need to improve their risk management processes and promote a culture of safety.
