This document is a report detailing the U.S. and Indonesia's inaugural port-focused cybersecurity tabletop exercise conducted from June 10-13, 2024, in Surabaya, Indonesia. The exercise, led by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with support from the U.S. State Department and Indonesian government entities, aimed to enhance the resilience of maritime critical infrastructure against cyber threats. Objectives included stress testing cyber incident response plans, fostering collaboration between U.S. and Indonesian entities, and identifying gaps in cyber resilience.
