This document is a report detailing the LeakNavigator project implemented by Thames Water in collaboration with Ovarro to reduce water leakage across London and the Thames Valley region. The project aims for a 20.5% reduction in leakage to meet regulatory targets. It commenced in January 2023, involving the installation of 3,450 Ovarro sensors across 110 district metered areas. Within the first 20 weeks, 788 leaks were identified, saving approximately 5.78 megalitres of water daily. The LeakNavigator service integrates advanced acoustic dataloggers, cloud-based software, and leakage expertise to enhance leak detection efficiency. It provides field technicians with precise points of interest for immediate action, minimizing the need for extensive data analysis. Ovarro's ongoing data analysis supports maintenance targeting, and results are presented through a dashboard for customer review. The collaboration aims to improve leak identification speed and accuracy, contributing to Thames Water's Leakage Transformation Programme.
