This case study outlines the strategic challenges faced by Toshiba in the electronic document management (EDM) sector and the collaborative solutions developed with Saleskeel and LeadSeed. The identified challenges include maximizing the benefits of dematerialization, upgrading skills, enhancing business loyalty, and improving management and follow-up processes. To address these issues, Saleskeel created tailored solutions such as a Digital Discussion Guide aimed at facilitating online sales discussions and a Customer Maturity Analysis Engine for assessing customer readiness in EDM. The results of this collaboration are significant, including the training of over 200 sales staff, evaluation of more than 2,000 customers and prospects for better segmentation, and identification of over 1,500 projects, which led to increased sales opportunities. The case study emphasizes the importance of clear objectives and targeted strategies in leveraging content marketing for digital transformation and improving customer satisfaction.
