Secure Real-Time ISR Data Sharing Solution

This document is a technical report detailing the challenges and solutions related to secure, real-time ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) data sharing among coalition partners. It outlines the persistent barriers faced when integrating coalition partners into the Link16 defense communication network, particularly the limitations of manual data transfer methods which hinder operational effectiveness and decision-making. The report presents the Owl XD Bridge STTM as a solution, enabling secure and rapid ISR data sharing from field assets such as UAVs. This solution incorporates certified, hardware-enforced cross-domain separation to ensure operational visibility and compliance with export restrictions. The XD Bridge STTM facilitates high-speed, real-time data transfer while supporting diverse ISR data formats, thereby enhancing collaboration among U.S. forces and their allies. The deployment of this technology is shown to improve situational awareness, streamline workflows, and reduce risks associated with data leakage and unauthorized exposure.
