This case study outlines Arauco's experience with the S/4HANA conversion and subsequent upgrade from version 1809 to 2022, facilitated by Panaya. Arauco, a global forestry manufacturing company, faced challenges in managing testing and defect remediation during their upgrade process. The need for a robust testing platform was crucial to meet the demands of a growing business while minimizing downtime and disruption. Panaya's platform provided a unified solution for planning and monitoring upgrade corrections, enabling collaboration among teams across multiple countries. The results included improved efficiency in testing processes, better quality control, and reduced risks associated with the upgrade.
