This document is a case study detailing the implementation of a network infrastructure for Intesa Sanpaolo's new headquarters located in Torre Gioia 22, Milan. The project aimed to create a flexible, open, and scalable network capable of supporting the automation of a 30-story skyscraper and accommodating numerous connected devices, including cameras and PoE access points. The solution involved the installation of approximately 311 miles of Panduit copper and fiber optic cables, along with the use of Panduit Vari-MaTrix Technology and ISO-compliant connectors. The resulting IT network ensures the functionality of various building automation services, security, communication, and collaboration applications. Additionally, the infrastructure is designed to be adaptable for future growth and new applications, contributing to the building's sustainability by reducing energy requirements significantly. The collaboration between Panduit and STIM Tech Group was crucial in meeting project deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes.
