This document is a Total Economic Impact study commissioned by Paycom and conducted by Forrester Consulting. It examines the potential return on investment (ROI) that enterprises may achieve by deploying Paycom's human capital management (HCM) software. The study outlines how Paycom unifies HR and payroll functions into a single platform, enhancing efficiency and providing robust analytics. It highlights the experiences of five decision-makers from four organizations that transitioned to Paycom from legacy systems. Key findings indicate significant time savings for HR and employees, improved compliance, and enhanced data accuracy. The financial analysis reveals a net present value (NPV) of $1.4 million and an ROI of 362% over three years for a composite organization using Paycom. The study also discusses quantified benefits such as improved efficiency, automation, and productivity gains, alongside unquantified benefits like enhanced employee experience and better business decision-making capabilities. Overall, the findings suggest that Paycom's solution can lead to substantial cost savings and operational improvements.
