This report presents the findings of the Pearson Inclusive Access educator study conducted at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of the Inclusive Access program on student success rates, retention, and graduation rates. Key findings indicate that after implementing Inclusive Access, graduation rates increased by eight percentage points, and retention rates rose by ten percentage points. Additionally, student success rates in gateway mathematics courses improved by 17 percentage points. The study outlines the transition to Inclusive Access, which provided students with immediate access to digital course materials at a significantly reduced cost, resulting in an average savings of 68% compared to traditional textbook prices. The implementation began in Spring 2013 and expanded from 14 courses to 72 courses by 2017. The report concludes that the Inclusive Access program has positively influenced student preparedness and overall academic outcomes at the college.
