This report presents an analysis of employee benefits preferences based on demographic factors such as gender, age, and work environment. It aims to provide insights into how these factors influence the value employees place on various benefits. The data was collected through an online survey conducted from May 2 to May 11, 2022, involving 305 employers and 925 employees across diverse industries. The findings indicate that females generally value a wider range of benefits compared to males, particularly in areas such as mental health support and flexible work schedules. Additionally, the report highlights generational differences, noting that older employees tend to appreciate traditional benefits more, while younger employees prioritize flexibility and choice in their benefits. The analysis underscores the necessity for employers, especially small and midsize businesses, to tailor their benefits offerings to meet the diverse needs of their workforce, thereby enhancing recruitment and retention efforts.
