Business Continuity Management Automation for ENEC

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of the Continuity Vault (CV) solution for the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC). The study outlines the challenges faced by ENEC in managing their Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which necessitated remote work for employees. The manual management of BCM processes across multiple locations was cumbersome, prompting the need for an automated solution. The case study describes how Perpetuuiti customized the CV platform to meet ENEC's unique requirements, including automating Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment processes, integrating with existing corporate tools, and generating BCM plans in a specified format.
