Golem.ai Case Study on Email Automation Enhancement

This case study details the collaboration between Golem.ai and PLANET AI to enhance Golem.ai's automated email processing solution, InboxCare, through the integration of PLANET AI's IDA Recognition technology. The objective of this integration was to improve the accuracy of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for processing various document types, including handwritten content. Prior to this enhancement, Golem.ai faced challenges with insufficient OCR results, particularly for low-quality scans and handwritten documents, which affected the overall efficiency of their natural language processing tasks.
