Bi-level Meta-Analysis Framework Package

This document is a technical report that describes the BLMA package, which provides a bi-level meta-analysis framework applicable in various fields, including functional analysis, pathway analysis, differential expression analysis, and general hypothesis testing. The framework integrates multiple studies to enhance statistical power and can be utilized alongside any statistical hypothesis testing method. The report outlines the methods implemented within the package, including classical methods for combining independent p-values, such as Fisher's method and Stouffer's method, as well as a new method called addCLT.
