AI-Powered Automation in Accounts Payable Processing

This case study details the implementation of AI-powered automation at Rose Associates, New York City’s largest multifamily residential property manager. The company faced challenges in their accounts payable (AP) process due to a growing portfolio and increasing invoice volume, leading to inefficiencies and strained vendor relationships. The previous manual system resulted in significant delays and errors in invoice processing. To address these issues, Rose Associates evaluated various solutions and selected PredictAP for its accuracy and seamless integration with their existing Yardi system. The adoption of PredictAP allowed the company to scale its invoice processing capacity from 9,000 to nearly 20,000 invoices per month without increasing headcount. The automation significantly reduced the time required for invoice coding from 48 hours to under one minute, enabling the AP team to focus on higher-value activities.
