This case study details the lead generation campaign initiated by Airbus Defence and Space to enhance their sales pipeline in the commercial and defense sectors. The objective was to rapidly grow their sales pipeline by targeting industrial and commercial companies, particularly in the cyber defense arena. Airbus engaged ProspectAware to assist with this campaign, leveraging their expertise in the market. The campaign began in May 2015 and quickly became operational by June. It focused on arranging meetings with senior security executives, particularly Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), to discuss Airbus's capabilities in cybersecurity. The results included successful appointments with key blue-chip customers and a significant increase in brand and product awareness. The collaboration with ProspectAware proved effective, as they achieved a good conversion rate from targeted outreach, demonstrating the potential for Airbus to capitalize on cybersecurity needs across various sectors.
