This case study focuses on the redesign of Electronic Arts' (EA) Investor Relations (IR) website, aimed at enhancing engagement with investors and analysts. The project was initiated by Erin Rheaume, Senior Manager of Investor Relations, who recognized that the previous site was outdated and did not effectively represent EA's vibrant brand. The new site was developed in collaboration with Q4, incorporating best practices for usability and branding. Key objectives included improving transparency, making information easily accessible, and embodying EA's playful identity. Since the launch, EA has reported significant increases in visitor engagement, including a 65% rise in time spent on the homepage and a 71% increase for financial information. The site features easy navigation to essential information, historical earnings data, and engaging content such as videos and articles about their games. EA's IR site successfully bridges the gap between the investment community and the company by being informative and visually aligned with EA's corporate image.
