This report presents the findings from the Qualtrics 2025 Employee Experience Trends Study, which surveyed employees from 23 countries in the EMEA region. The study aimed to assess various employee experience indicators, including Engagement, Inclusion, Well-Being, Intent to Stay, and Experience versus Expectations, and to analyze changes from 2021 to 2024. Key findings indicate a notable decrease in Intent to Stay, dropping from 66% to 61%. In contrast, other indicators such as Engagement and Well-Being showed improvements, each increasing by 2 points. The report highlights that company pride and customer focus are significant drivers of engagement among EMEA employees. Additionally, the study reveals that employees in Germany, the UK, and France reported the most substantial gains in Engagement and Well-Being metrics. The methodology involved an online survey conducted in Q3 2024, with a total of 36,872 respondents across the surveyed countries.
