2025 Employee Experience Trends in the Americas

This report presents the findings of the Qualtrics 2025 Employee Experience Trends Study, which surveyed employees from 23 countries across the Americas. The study aimed to analyze employee experience indicators such as Engagement, Inclusion, Well-Being, Intent to Stay, and Experience versus Expectations, comparing changes from 2021 to 2024.
