This document is a systematic review that examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming the journey of entrepreneurial innovation towards achieving product-market fit. The study employs a PRISMA-ScR guided scoping review methodology, analyzing 61 studies published between 2011 and 2025 across various academic databases. It identifies five key themes: AI-driven customer insight generation, rapid prototyping, predictive market analysis, personalization at scale, and resource optimization in lean start-up methodologies. The findings indicate that AI significantly compresses the timelines for achieving product-market fit and reduces market risks through enhanced predictive capabilities. However, the literature also points to challenges such as algorithmic bias and the potential erosion of human creativity in innovation processes. The paper contributes to the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation management by synthesizing current knowledge and proposing future research directions at the intersection of AI and product-market fit.
