This case study details the engagement of a benefits broker in the Northeast US with ReSource Pro to enhance operational efficiency and marketing efforts. The broker faced challenges with high rates of remarketing and carrier fatigue, which led to ineffective client interactions focused on pricing rather than strategic planning.
