Rexton Rugged Hearing Aids Performance Evaluation

This white paper presents the results of a survey assessing the durability, reliability, and audiological performance of Rexton Rugged hearing aids. The primary objective of the survey was to evaluate how users perceive these hearing aids in real-life conditions compared to their own devices. The survey involved 46 experienced hearing aid users from various geographical regions, ensuring a range of climatic conditions that challenge hearing aids. Participants were fitted with Rexton Rugged and asked to use them in their everyday lives for two weeks, during which they completed a series of questionnaires. The survey protocol included special tasks designed to test the hearing aids under challenging conditions, such as exposure to water and physical impacts. The findings aim to provide insights into the performance of Rexton Rugged, highlighting its design improvements and technological advancements that enhance user reliability and satisfaction.
