Creating Consistent Before and After School Programs

This case study outlines the partnership between Cedar Hill Independent School District (ISD) and Right At School to implement before and after school enrichment programs across all elementary schools. The document describes the challenges faced by Cedar Hill ISD, including the labor-intensive nature of managing individual after school programs at each school, which led to inconsistencies and resource strain. The partnership initiated in 2016 aimed to provide a structured, safe, and engaging environment for preK-5 students, offering flexible options for parents.
