The client aimed to enhance their two-decade-old legacy solution, which managed bookings, contracts, and invoices across over 100 locations. Key challenges included a lack of real-time visibility into asset bookings, multiple database roles leading to no single source of truth, and errors in managing booking requests and invoices across different currencies.
