Identifying Concentration Risks in Financial Services Supply Chains

This case study explores the systemic concentration risks in financial services supply chains, highlighting the need for collaboration among institutions. It discusses the challenges of third-party risk management (TPRM) and presents findings from a pilot project involving six financial institutions.
