This document is a case study detailing Yndetech's implementation of the Russell AMPro®Lab Sieve Station to improve its dental implant manufacturing process. Yndetech, a dental implant manufacturer, produces a variety of dental products using advanced technologies such as laser melting and 3D printing. The company faced challenges with its manual sieving process, which posed health risks to operators and resulted in production downtime. To address these issues, Yndetech explored alternative sieving technologies and opted for the Russell AMPro®Lab Sieve Station. This machine offers a cleaner and safer sieving process, significantly reducing operator exposure to harmful powders. The installation of the sieve station at Yndetech's Lecce site has led to improved health and safety conditions, lower noise levels, and enhanced efficiency in powder handling. Following the positive results, Yndetech plans to acquire an additional machine for another production site, demonstrating the effectiveness of the new sieving solution.
