ERP Implementation for Leather Goods Manufacturing

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of an ERP system tailored for a manufacturing company specializing in leather goods in India. The objective of the ERP solution was to transition from fragmented manual processes, primarily managed through spreadsheets and Tally, to a cohesive, integrated system that supports end-to-end manufacturing operations. The ERP system introduced structured workflows, automated bill of materials (BOM) creation, and improved routing selection, which collectively enhanced operational efficiency and reduced errors.
