Transition from Proprietary Database to Open Standards

This case study outlines the transition of a government organization from an outdated proprietary database (DB1) to a modern SQL-based database (DB2) using Sapiens Emerge Database Adapter. The project aimed to enhance data accessibility and standardization while addressing the limitations of the previous proprietary system, which restricted innovation and scalability.
