On-Site Water Purification for Laboratory Efficiency

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of the Arium® Pro VF Ultrapure Water System at JAFRAL d.o.o., a contract manufacturing and research organization. The case study outlines the critical role of purified water in the development of analytical methods, highlighting the inefficiencies of relying on in-house deionized water and externally supplied Water for Injection. The installation of the Arium® system has provided JAFRAL with reliable access to ASTM Type 1 water directly in the lab, significantly improving time efficiency and streamlining laboratory processes. The system's compact design and ease of use have been noted as key advantages, allowing for the production of high-quality water without occupying excessive space. Furthermore, the Arium® system aligns with JAFRAL's environmental policies by minimizing the need for external water transport and reducing packaging waste.
