Sartocon Hydrosart TFF Cassettes for Lentivirus Processing

This technical report discusses the use of Sartocon Hydrosart TFF cassettes for the downstream processing of lentiviral vectors, which are crucial in cell and gene therapies. The study evaluates two cassette geometries, ECO and E-screen, in different pore sizes (100 kDa and 300 kDa) to identify optimal parameters for ultrafiltration and diafiltration processes. The report details the manufacturing processes required for scalable and cost-effective production, emphasizing the importance of achieving high titers and purity of lentiviruses.
