This technical report presents an innovative solution for Precise Point Positioning with Ambiguity Resolution (PPP-AR) aimed at achieving centimeter-level positioning in near real-time. The solution encompasses the entire processing chain, including the estimation of satellite phase biases necessary for integer ambiguity resolution and user-side PPP-AR position computation. A key feature of this solution is its ability to provide corrections within one hour after mission completion, addressing the need for timely data in current and emerging applications. The report details the methodology, which is divided into four main modules: a Download Manager for data acquisition, a Float Ambiguity Estimation module for processing ambiguities, a UPD Estimation module for calculating uncalibrated phase delays, and a Quality Control module for monitoring the integrity of the estimated products. The results demonstrate the stability of the estimated UPDs and the effectiveness of the proposed architecture in delivering accurate positioning solutions.
