This case study details the implementation of ScienceLogic’s SL1 AIOps platform by Enablis, a managed services provider based in Australia. The objective of this implementation was to enhance service visibility, reduce incident noise, and automate incident and CMDB workflows. Prior to the implementation, Enablis faced significant challenges due to high volumes of device monitoring events, which resulted in overwhelming noise and difficulties in identifying real issues. The SL1 AIOps platform allowed Enablis to shift from high-noise device monitoring to prioritized service monitoring, achieving a 34% reduction in incident noise. This transition led to improved staff productivity and a 50% boost in Net Promoter Score (NPS). Additionally, the platform facilitated significant cost savings, including $50K in annual cost avoidance from bandwidth over-utilization charges and a 40% improvement in average incident mean time to resolution (MTTR). Enablis plans to further optimize their operations by leveraging advanced analytics and automation capabilities from ScienceLogic.
