This case study details the implementation of ScienceLogic's SL1 AIOps platform by TDC Erhverv, a managed services provider based in Denmark. The primary objective of this implementation was to enhance the customer onboarding experience and increase operational efficiency through data-driven automation for IT service management (ITSM) and workflows. The study outlines the challenges faced by TDC Erhverv, including the manual onboarding of new access points and difficulties in monitoring these points, which led to outdated configuration management databases (CMDB) and increased manual workload. The solution involved automating repetitive tasks and implementing a service-view to prioritize work based on business service health, availability, and risk. As a result, TDC Erhverv achieved a 32.4% faster average incident resolution time, automated 80% of incident creation and routing, and reduced service desk work by 70%. The case study concludes with TDC Erhverv's plans to further leverage ScienceLogic's capabilities to enhance their IT operations and customer experience.
