This technical report evaluates the robustness and performance of the ZenoTOF 7600 system for quantitative proteomics workflows, specifically using Zeno SWATH data-independent acquisition (DIA). The assessment was conducted over a continuous 28-week period without cleaning or maintenance, apart from routine tuning and calibration. The evaluation included quality control (QC) tests performed over 21 weeks, analyzing replicate injections of human K562 tryptic digest standards at varying loadings. An accelerated robustness test was also conducted during weeks 24-28, simulating high-throughput proteomics by injecting over 1,020 µg of K562 digest. Results indicated stable system performance, with coefficients of variation (CVs) for identified and quantified protein groups and precursors remaining below 20%. The findings support the ZenoTOF 7600 system's suitability for high-throughput studies in systems biology and biomarker discovery.
