This technical note presents the high-throughput analysis of Mag-Net enriched plasma protein digests utilizing the Evosep One system in conjunction with Zeno SWATH DIA on the ZenoTOF 7600 system. The study identifies approximately 1,600 protein groups and 12,500 precursors with excellent quantitative reproducibility at a throughput of 100 samples per day, which can increase to 3,500 protein groups and 30,000 precursors at 30 samples per day. The Mag-Net enrichment method enhances the sensitivity and dynamic range of protein detection in plasma, allowing for robust analysis that can be automated for large-scale cohort studies.
