This document is a case study detailing the security challenges faced by Seamen's Bank and the subsequent solution implemented by SCW. The bank, reliant on an outdated analog security system, required a modern, unified security solution to manage multiple locations effectively. Key considerations for the new system included clear resolution for transaction details, low-light capabilities, anti-fraud measures, and professional camera monitoring. SCW responded by providing a layered security solution featuring advanced surveillance technology, including the Admiral 32 and Admiral 16 NVRs, and the Warrior and Sheriff camera models. The implementation resulted in enhanced security across five locations, improved transaction verification, and compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The case study emphasizes the importance of investing in modern security technology to protect staff, customers, and assets in the banking sector.
