This case study outlines the implementation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution by MSI, a global provider in the gaming and content creation industry. Founded in 1986 and operating in over 120 countries, MSI faced significant challenges in securing their network and sensitive data against external cyber threats, particularly due to compromised log-in credentials. The study details the necessity for an on-premise MFA solution, as increasing compliance regulations and potential financial and reputational damages from data breaches heightened the urgency for effective cybersecurity measures. MSI evaluated various solutions, ultimately selecting SecurEnvoy MFA for its reliability, ease of use, and on-premise deployment capabilities. The implementation involved 15 locations across EMEA, securing access for 500 users and enhancing SSL VPN security. The user-friendly nature of the solution was positively received by both the ICT department and end users. The case study also highlights the supportive role of SecurEnvoy's sales and support teams during the implementation process.
