Automating Purchase Orders with SEEBURGER BIS

Vaccinova, a vaccination company operating in over 180 locations in Sweden, faced challenges with a manual purchase order system that was time-consuming and prone to errors. The manual process involved gathering data from various systems and placing orders for multiple vaccines, which became increasingly difficult as the company expanded its offerings. To address scalability issues, Vaccinova sought an EDI solution and partnered with SEEBURGER. The integration of SEEBURGER BIS enabled automated communication between Vaccinova’s internal processes and their suppliers, resulting in significant time and cost savings, reduced manual work, and a fast return on investment.
