Australian Power Utility Transition to Altus

The transition was necessitated by changes in Microsoft affecting Project Online's SharePoint Reporting dependency, which created a strict deadline for the migration. The process involved detailed workshops to confirm requirements, secure data migration, and user acceptance testing to ensure continuity of operations. It also highlights the benefits achieved, such as a low-risk transition, preserved access to historical data, and a prioritized backlog for future enhancements.
