Identification of Acinetobacter Species Using MicrobialTrack

This technical report describes the identification of Acinetobacter species utilizing MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry (MS) in conjunction with the MicrobialTrack software. It outlines the methodology employed, including the preparation of bacterial strains obtained from various biotechnology centers and the use of α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid as a matrix reagent for MALDI-TOF MS analysis.
