Human Resources Assessment for Manufacturing Company

This case study documents the Human Resources (HR) Assessment conducted by Sikich for a manufacturing company facing changes in its executive team. The objective of the assessment was to identify compliance concerns and evaluate the HR department's structure, including staff and skill levels, to find opportunities for efficiency improvements. The findings were compiled into an HR report that outlined best practices, efficiency opportunities, and compliance issues. The assessment led to actionable recommendations, enabling the client to restructure their HR department to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
