U.S. Air Force DiBaT Initiative Using Blockchain Technology

This technical report outlines the U.S. Air Force's Digital Blockchain Budget Accountability and Tracking (DiBaT) initiative, which aims to enhance financial transparency and accountability within its financial management ecosystem.
