Summary
This case study outlines the implementation of LoadProof, a centralized enterprise photo documentation system, at Daikin Applied's seven facilities. The objective of this project was to enhance the documentation of HVAC systems leaving the facilities, ensuring that the condition of these systems could be verified through photographs. Prior to LoadProof, Daikin faced challenges with photo organization and retrieval, leading to potential disputes regarding shipment conditions. The case study details the problems encountered, including inefficient photo storage and the risk of financial loss due to damage claims.
