This report presents the findings of the Employee Engagement Survey conducted for In-Crowd, dated 09 February 2022. The primary objective of the survey was to measure employee engagement levels, assess how well employees feel supported by management and internal processes, identify key themes affecting employee satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvement. The report details responses from 100 participants, revealing that 63% are satisfied with their jobs and 53% would recommend In-Crowd. Key findings include high satisfaction with task variety and safety at work, while challenges in work engagement and work-life balance were noted. The report also discusses the importance of effective communication and managerial support in fostering a positive working environment.
