The customer initiated the takedown process by opening a ticket and providing initial evidence. However, the evidence submitted did not meet the required standards, which delayed the process. The SOCRadar team promptly contacted relevant authorities to disable the phishing domain's mail service. The takedown process was initiated within five minutes of the request, and despite the initial insufficiency of evidence, the issue was resolved successfully.
