Transformation of Call Center into Educational Hub

This document is a case study detailing the transformation of a call center into a modern educational facility for the Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship. The initiative, inspired by philanthropist Tom Golisano, aims to provide students with a practical and accelerated path into business education. The project involved a collaborative effort between Solutionz, Inc. and CJS Architects, focusing on integrating advanced audiovisual (AV) solutions into the learning environment. The design prioritized interactive tools and flexible classroom layouts to enhance student engagement and collaboration. Key features included a multi-functional forum that serves both as a presentation space and student lounge, designed to accommodate up to 250 individuals. The AV infrastructure supports seamless communication and collaboration across classrooms, ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary technology skills for the workforce. The project was completed within a tight nine-month timeline, emphasizing the importance of coordination and adaptability in achieving the institute's educational goals.
