Summary
This case study documents the challenges faced by Teddy Clinical Research Laboratory in managing their Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as their business expanded. Established in 2016, Teddy Lab experienced rapid growth, leading to increased complexity in business requirements that the legacy LIMS could not adequately address.
