Lake Erie College Hyperconvergence Implementation Case Study

This case study outlines the operational improvements achieved by Lake Erie College through the implementation of the StarWind HCI Appliance (HCA). The college, founded in 1856 and located in Painesville, Ohio, faced challenges with its outdated hardware and lack of redundancy in its IT infrastructure. Prior to adopting the StarWind solution, the college operated multiple hosts and HP servers with a VMware hypervisor, which left them vulnerable to potential crashes despite regular backups.
