This case study details the implementation of StarWind Virtual SAN (VSAN) by the National Agency for Project Management (NAPM) under the President of Uzbekistan. The agency faced challenges with its existing VMware environment, which required fault tolerance and high availability but lacked the necessary network storage. The deployment of StarWind VSAN provided the required network storage, enabling the agency to utilize advanced VMware technologies effectively. The solution not only met the operational requirements for 24/7 service but also enhanced performance through features like cache and load balancing. The case study outlines how the infrastructure was transformed into a reliable system capable of supporting critical operations and future growth. The NAPM plans to continue leveraging StarWind for its proven reliability, showcasing the effectiveness of the solution in a government context.
