MARCROM Server Migration Case Study

This case study details the challenges faced by MARCROM, a company based in Barcelona, Spain, during its server migration process. The objective was to successfully transfer email data from an existing server to a new Exchange Server. The IT team encountered difficulties when trying to convert OST files to PST format using two different software programs, Imperial and Yodot, which did not meet their needs despite being licensed versions. Mr. Ivan Marco, a representative of MARCROM, sought a more effective solution and opted to use Stellar Converter for OST. After testing the demo version, he found it capable of exporting all mailbox data into PST format. Upon purchasing the licensed version, he successfully converted all OST items, including emails, tasks, contacts, and calendars, without damaging the original data. This case study illustrates the successful resolution of the migration issue through the use of Stellar software, highlighting its effectiveness in meeting MARCROM's requirements.
